We are excited to announce a charity poker tournament dedicated to raising funds for Derek Glover, who is currently facing significant health challenges after suffering a stroke. Derek’s journey has been incredibly tough; he needs a kidney transplant and is undergoing dialysis three times a week. This ongoing treatment has not only impacted his health but has also made daily life more difficult, requiring him to remodel his home to accommodate his new needs.
Derek is working hard to adapt his living space, including installing ramps and a shower chair, to ensure he can maintain his independence and comfort. However, the financial burden of these necessary changes is substantial, and that’s where we can help!
We invite you to come together as a community for a night of poker, fun, and support. This tournament is not just about the cards; it’s an opportunity to show Derek that he is not alone in this fight. Every ticket purchased and every dollar raised will go directly towards his medical expenses and home renovations, helping to alleviate some of the stress he and his family are facing during this challenging time.
