Equinox Awakening: SUP Yoga and Floating Soundbath Immersion

Equinox Awakening combines a full SUP Yoga class, floating relaxation, and a soothing soundbath as the sunrise lights the lake.

Paddle out and flow through gentle yoga on your board, then drift into extended floating savasana while soaking in the colors of the sunrise and reflecting on your personal harvest of the season. This immersive experience nurtures stillness, balance, and connection to nature. After our final relaxation we will paddle under the morning glow of the sun.
