Sip Sense Create

Sip Sense Create is a guided, sensory-rich experience where herbal tasting, mindful presence, and intuitive art come together. Participants will select a seasonal herb and be gently guided through a multi-sensory exploration using taste, smell, touch, and sight. The experience includes a freshly prepared herbal beverage and intentional moments of reflection designed to help you slow down, tune in, and connect with your senses.

Following the tasting, you’ll transition into intuitive artmaking, choosing to paint, sketch, or explore other creative materials to visually express what the herb inspires. No artistic or herbal experience is required; the focus is on personal expression, presence, and process, not perfection.
