Join me for a frighteningly fun yoga flow 👻
connecting the rhythm of the breath with movement. Finding your way into a spookily blissful state as you are immersed by the sound of the singing bowls and ocean wave drum ✨

This is a community event open to all, although love donations are accepted and appreciated 🫶🏻✨
You are welcome to join at any point during the practice so don’t worry about a possibility of being late!
