Women’s Self Defense Seminar

- With a deep passion for empowering women and over a decade of experience as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor my mission is to help women to take control of their personal safety with techniques that will enhance their confidence, awareness and ability to protect themselves.
Born and raised in Brazil, I have always been driven by a desire to challenge myself and grow through the opportunities life presents. Jiu-jitsu became a key part of my development, providing me with a sense of purpose, discipline, and leadership skills. My journey in martial arts involved not only rigorous training but also sharing what I learn through self-defense seminars and classes empowering students-especially children and women-to find confidence and independence.
