Weekly Wellness Workshop - NAMI Hernando

Introducing methods of energy healing and nervous system regulation education to aid in addiction and trauma recovery. Our mission is to foster a community where individuals are encouraged to explore their own path to healing.

Weekly Wellness Workshops integrate movement therapy (Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong), breathwork, energy therapy, sensory awareness, and meditation into an educational experience designed to help practitioners develop a nervous system regulation toolbox for self practice.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.

All workshops are free and open to the public.
