This exploration is about stepping into the unseen—both within and around us. Through shadow work, we courageously face the hidden parts of ourselves, bringing compassion and healing where we once held fear or resistance. By working with the elements of water, earth, air, and fire, we remember our deep connection to nature and learn how to draw upon its wisdom for balance and renewal. Mindfulness practices guide us into presence, helping us quiet the noise so our inner truth can emerge. And as we explore the spirit world through ghost hunting, we also uncover the parallels within—recognizing that what feels “other” or “unknown” often reflects the unacknowledged parts of ourselves. Together, these practices open the doorway to transformation, helping us embrace wholeness, deepen connection to spirit, and return home with tools to continue the journey long after the retreat ends.
We will be working with journaling, meditation, breath, opening up our intuition, communing with spirit, journeying to meet our spirit team, water and fire rituals, and so much more.
