Join Asia in taking a moment for yourself, to hold space, gratitude and love within. First we will begin with some peaceful breath-work, finding our center. Where we will then journal about our inner love, what we appreciate about ourselves and what we would like to work on and letting go of thoughts of ourselves we no longer wish to hold onto. Creating space throughout the connective tissues within our yin, holding each of the poses for 3-5 minutes and then being immersed by the healing sounds of singing bowls, ocean wave drums, and chimes. Class includes a journal, a crystal, and some Valentine’s inspired goodies ❤️
