New Years Yin

Join Asia in reflecting on our year, first we will begin with some peaceful breath-work, finding our center. Where we will then journal about our accomplishments from the year, even if the accomplishments were simply just being and letting go of what we wish to not bring with us into the new year. Creating space throughout the connective tissues within our yin, holding each of the poses for 3-5 minutes and then being immersed by the healing sounds of singing bowls, ocean wave drums, and chimes. Class includes a journal, pen and crystal.
