Keeping The Magic Yoga & Sound In The Park

Join me and take a moment during the busiest time of the year to hold space for yourself as I guide you through a gentle yoga flow, finding your way into tranquil state and are then immersed by the sound of the singing bowls and ocean wave drum ✨
For this event I am accepting toy donations to give to You Thrive FL, Children’s Advocacy Center. (Ex: coloring books, fidget toys, etc.) in time for their annual Therapy Christmas Party! I will be accepting donations until December 11th. If you are wanting to help but are unable to make it or donate physical toys, you are more than welcome to email me gift cards or cash app and I will be more than happy to grab the toys for you 💜

This is a community event open to all, although love donations are accepted and appreciated 🫶🏼✨
You are welcome to join at any point during the practice so don’t worry about a possibility of being late!
