K9 Book Buddies

Reading aloud offers incredible opportunities for developing literacy and confidence, but it can sometimes feel intimidating. Not when you're reading to a furry friend! Our K9 Reading Buddies program pairs your child with certified therapy dogs Dash, a sweet, 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, or River, a gentle 8-year-old Greyhound, for 15 minutes of calm, nonjudgmental one-on-one reading time. Open to readers of all ages and skill levels. Registration is required; click the Ticket link above to sign up.
