This format supports guided SSP implementation using PLD, followed by coaching and planning workshops. The spacing creates a practical implementation window: between sessions participants have the opportunity to apply PLD assessments and/or routines in their own classroom, refine practice, analyse classroom data, and build a personalised, term-ready plan using a three-tiered teaching model.
