For this class we will be running, jogging, or walking the streets around Spring Hill Civic Center! The goal is to get in 3 miles. This should be about 7 laps around the block. After each lap I'll have an exercise to do.
Kids are welcome to come, however be aware that there are no sidewalks on these streets, so you'll need to stay with them.
I'll be buying donuts, bananas, and Gatorade for everyone to enjoy after the run. This will be an unofficially timed race, but I will have my timer counting up so you'll know how long it took you to complete it.
Let's make this class a HUGE one! Invite a friend! Race starts right at 8:00 am!!!
Here's the list of exercises we'll do after each lap.
Lap 1- 15 kettlebell swings
Lap 2- 15 pushups
Lap 3- 15 Shoulder Presses
Lap 4- 15 Squats
Lap 5- 15 Ball Slams
Lap 6- 15 Burpees
This will not be easy, but it'll be one heck of an accomplishment when you're done!
