The USCG Auxiliary – Hernando Beach Flotilla is hosting a Basic Navigation & Intro to Coastal Navigation Class.

Class Size: Limited to 10 participants – Registration is required!

What you’ll learn:
* How to read and use basic nautical charts
* Simple paper chart navigation techniques
* An introduction to coastal navigation fundamentals

Why it matters:
When boating, the ability to read a nautical chart allows you to orient yourself on the open waters. This is a prerequisite for all boat operators to avoid being stranded. The USCG Auxiliary will walk you through everything you need to know.
