Emptiness is the way things exist as opposed to the way they appear. With knowledge and experience of emptiness, you’ll reduce your problems and eventually overcome them permanently.
Whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced meditator, through practising the meditations Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Ani will guide during this weekend retreat, you’ll come to understand the true nature of things.
