The 5th annual Babbie Mason Songwriting Contest returns on Friday, February 6, 2026, in the Ralph Carey Forum, at 6:30 PM!
In addition to joining us at the event, you can participate in the event if you have an original song you would like to submit. The competition is open to both Spring Arbor internal and external applicants so tell your friends, family members, and communities!
You may submit a MP3 or MP4 digital file of your song, as well as a lyric sheet, to

New this year will be a songwriting workshop with Babbie the next day on Saturday, February 7 from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM on campus! More details to come soon!
