Speed Dating Providers

Transportation Speed Dating is a structured networking event designed specifically for transportation providers to connect with service organizations and community partners. Providers are assigned a table and will give the same short presentation multiple times as groups rotate through on a timed schedule. Each round lasts about 10 minutes, allowing providers to clearly explain their services, eligibility requirements, and coverage areas to multiple organizations in one afternoon.

The event runs from 1:00–4:00 PM, with built-in transition time between rounds and a short break. This format ensures every provider has equal time and exposure while keeping the event fast-paced and efficient.

New this year, there is a $75 provider registration fee to help cover venue, materials, and event logistics. Providers are also asked to bring a small gift basket for the raffle at the end of the event.
