Reset & Release - 30 Day Challenge

Set your intentions for 2026 and join the Yoga Shala community for the Reset & Release Challenge. Commit to creating the healthiest, happiest version of YOU - mind, body, and spirit. What better time to rediscover yourself and your practice than at the start of a brand new year?

Participants will be challenged to take 30 classes over 30 days.

Challenge includes:
• A $30 studio credit for completing the challenge
• The chance to win a free month of yoga, a new yoga mat, and other Shala retail products!

Investment:
• FREE for all Shala members
• $40 for non-members*

*Non-members are able to purchase a month of unlimited yoga (no-contract) to use during the challenge period. Clients can also purchase individual class packages to participate.
