About the event

QPR Training

Join NAMI Spokane for our QPR Suicide Prevention Training, led by board member Dr. Pam Kohlmeier. This free community training teaches practical, evidence-based skills to recognize the warning signs of suicide, ask direct questions, offer support, and connect someone to help. No prior mental health experience is required. Open to all community members. No registration is required. This training is held every month on the first Wednesday of the month.
