Partner Yoga w/ Dacia

Partner up with your yoga bestie for an hour of hilarious connection as you move, breathe, and flow together. Support each other, balance together, and help one another get a good stretch through fun, accessible partner poses. Get in-sync as you build trust and laugh your head off, discovering a whole new way to connect on the mat. By the end, you’ll build strength, composure, and confidence—both in yourself and in each other.

This class is limited to 7 pairs - 14 people. So please sign up for your bestie or coordinate your sign up. Please DO NOT simply show up.
