October Groundwork Experience: Dance Foundations for Confidence + Connection

We’re back this October with four 90-minute sessions in Kizomba and Bachata. No partner or dance experience needed. Just bring yourself and get ready to:

• Learn how to lead or follow
• Build confidence and non-verbal communication skills
• Connect with others both on and off the dance floor
• Our October community social is included (details TBA)

Groundwork is about more than dance steps. With this series you will build connection, confidence, and presence that you can carry into every part of your life.
