Join us for the Hands Across Spokane Resource Fair on October 10th, World Mental Health Day, from 11 am to 4:30 pm!
This is a free, family-friendly event where the Spokane community comes together for mental health, recovery, and connection.
Several local providers will be on-site to share resources, and help connect people directly to services. Whether you’re seeking information, looking for support, or just want to be part of a community that cares, this event is for you.
What to Expect:
-Local mental health, recovery, and community resource tables
-Food and music
-Family-friendly activities for all ages
-A large-scale community hand-joining and moment of silence to honor those impacted by mental health challenges, recovery journeys, and loss
This event is part of Hands Across Spokane, a citywide campaign to make mental health and recovery visible. Throughout September and October, we’re inviting individuals, organizations, and businesses across Spokane to share photos of joined hands with #HandsAcrossSpokane as a symbol of connection, support, and visibility.
Because when we make support visible, we make it possible.
