Under Chef Angelina’s expert guidance, you will:
Make fresh pasta dough from scratch, achieving the perfect silky, elastic texture for ravioli.
Prepare a rich ricotta and Parmesan filling, delicately balanced with nutmeg and sea salt.
Shape, seal, and cut ravioli with confidence and finesse.
Create a creamy cacio e pepe sauce using Pecorino Romano and freshly cracked black pepper to beautifully coat your pasta.
