Breathstrokes with Deanna Camp

Breathstrokes teaches artists and non-artists how to create intuitive art using alternative methods like yoga and breath work. After a guided stretch and meditation on how you can visualize in your head, we’ll practice making marks to breath with thick hunks of black charcoal or pastel. Exploring techniques to express energy or emotions and maybe relieve stress, we will work from small to large with the artist incorporating their own body shape into the large piece while on the floor. No drawing skills required at all. Just willingness to literally get into your work and explore what you can create.
