Bread Baking Basics

Class Style: Partial Hands-On ~ 50% Hands-On participation
Come prepared to get your hands doughy while you learn bread baking basics with Jeff in this educational hands-on class! You will learn how to make deliciously soft Triticale Sandwich Bread. While your individual loaf of bread is proofing and baking, Jeff is going to discuss the basics of yeast breads, why he prefers triticale, loafing, shaping, and texture, plus how to get the most out of your bread’s life cycle!

Enjoy hunks of heavenly fresh baked bread, butter, and an assortment of olive oils and jams!
