90 Min. Restorative Yoga w/ Yoga Nidra

Join Dacia for a special 90-minute Restorative Yoga class to relax the body from the inside out and find balance with a cool, soft practice of being (as opposed to doing).

Bring your mat, a supportive blanket (cotton or wool), and a pillow for this experience of ever-expanding consciousness.

We will build yoga nests and find complete comfort in our poses, activating the relaxation response. Practice will end in a 20-minute savasana with yoga Nidra.
