🧘 The Experience
During this session, you will be invited to lie down and simply listen. The vibrations work to lower your heart rate and quiet the mental chatter, allowing you to reach a state of meditative clarity that can be hard to find on your own.
🎒 Prepare for Your Journey
To get the most out of the resonance, we recommend bringing:
A yoga mat or padded base.
A cozy blanket and pillow (comfort is key to "tuning in").
An eye mask to help deepen the internal focus (optional but a nice addition)
