Spend a creative morning at the historic Spencerville Mill as Swamp Doll Studios guides you step by step in painting Bewitched Branches. This workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced painters.

The painting
Capture the magic of fall with a crow perched on a branch against a glowing pale yellow moon. Orange leaves, dark tree silhouettes, and flying bats complete this striking seasonal scene.

The setting
Create inside the Mill’s soaring 1860s stone walls and wooden beams, with the sound of water rushing over the dam just outside. Nestled on the South Nation River, the Mill offers an inspiring atmosphere for a memorable day of art, flavour, and community.

Note: participants must be able to navigate stairs. On-site tap water is not drinkable.
