Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help you lift safer, stronger, and with more confidence. Too many lifters put their spine at risk by neglecting the most important piece of the puzzle—core strength and proper bracing technique.

2. Proper breath control to maximize power and reduce injury risk
3. How to apply abdominal bracing to squats, deadlifts, presses, and other lifts
