Immerse yourself in a deeply nourishing witchy wonderland of self-care, movement, and healing sound—all while floating peacefully on the tranquil waters of Thompson Pond. 🌿🧙‍♀️

Wear long sleeves, comfortable clothes, & bring your best witches hat! 🎃 Don't worry- you won't fall in!
We'll flow through a gentle SUP yoga sequence before settling into a restorative floating sound bath using crystal and Tibetan bowls. Let nature hold you as you reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
