Spencer's Winterfest Weekend!

Make plans to bring the family out to kick off the holiday season and experience this FREE Rowan County event. Attractions include free ice skating on our synthetic ice skating rink, kids games and crafts (free of charge), food and beverage trucks, holiday shopping via our indoor and outdoor marketplace, and free music and entertainment. We can't wait to see you in Spencer!
