Erlanger Retreat & Refresh Stroke Camp- Sponsors

The mission of Retreat & Refresh Stroke Camp is to improve the quality of life for stroke survivors, caregivers, and their families. Erlanger Neurology is partnering with the United Stroke Alliance to sponsor the Chattanooga Area Camp, which will be held November 7-9, 2025, at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Spencer, Tennessee. Erlanger Neurology is seeking sponsors to help support the Chattanooga Area Retreat & Refresh Stroke Camp's mission by providing opportunities for stroke survivors and caregivers to attend the camp by offsetting attendees' costs.
