AI Policy and Ethical Guidelines: Why, How, and What
January 23, 2026 · 11:30 AM–1:00 PM
Clay County Regional Events Center
As artificial intelligence transforms the workplace, organizations face questions about responsible use. This session explores why AI policies and ethical guidelines are essential, how to design them effectively, and what leading examples look like in practice. Drawing on current research and real-world cases, we’ll discuss frameworks for transparency, fairness, and accountability, and provide actionable steps for leaders to implement policies that protect both employees and organizations.
The lunch-and-learn will include discussion, research-based insights, and practical tools you can bring back to your team. An optional AI networking workshop from 12:30–1:00 PM will provide worksheets, prompts, and guidance to help you begin shaping your own AI policies.
Lunch provided. Registration required.
