Mamas Who Brunch

A brunch organised by The Mama Tribe for mums & their children (aged up to 3 years old) at Faiths Cafe with guest speaker Mrs Brain Trainer.

Who are we?

The Mama Tribe is a support group created by mums to support mums. We believe that mums are the backbone of every family, and to emprove overall wellbeing starts with caring and supporting mums.

Mrs Brain Trainer is a leading mindset & lifecoach and is bringing her 'mindspa workshop' to us mamas to start the year strong. You will be learning from her 20 years experience as she teaches us exactly how to rewire our brain for success regardless of your starting point. Being in the trenches of motherhood herself emotional regualtion training will be the hot topic of the day!

Faiths Cafe opened in Spean Bridge in October 2025 and has been providing delicious and gorgeous looking food for the community since then.

What do you need to do?

• Buy a ticket! One ticket includes one child. We can only accommodate one child per one adult, as this event is for the mums and we want them to be able to take part! The child must only be up to 3 years old, including 3 year olds.
• Keep an eye on your emails! This is VERY IMPORTANT. We will email you the menu which you will need to choose from before you arrive. This email may go into your spam.
• Bring yourself along ready to connect and learn!
