Lunch & Learn- The Last Romantic War

Award-winning writer and storyteller, Robin Traywick Williams, delivers an entertaining and often humorous presentation about life during World War II, inspired by her nonfiction book, The Last Romantic War.

Drawing on years of research—including a wild journey to India and the Burmese border—Robin shares the remarkable story of her parents’ exotic global courtship, both at home and on the battlefront in the little-known Burma campaign, where her father, South Carolina native Bo Traywick, served. Attendees may also share their own family stories or artifacts.

There are a limited number of seats, be sure to register in advance (even members!)
