First of Fall Canoe Float

Join Ranger Connor on the first day of Fall for a leisure paddle above the Burgess Falls Dam on the Falling Water River where we will see wetlands and wildlife that inhabit the river. Learn canoe paddling technique and boater safety along this 2.5-mile paddle. Along the float we will discuss how humans impact the natural world around them and how we can positively impact our protected natural resources.

Participants should bring water and appropriate clothing for being out on the water.

All canoes seat two people comfortably.

Limited to 10 people, two per boat.

Spots are limited, you must register for this program.
