Join us for a relaxed and FREE information session hosted by Pine Rest's Ryan McPherson, BSW, at Sparta Hot Spot, open to everyone in the community! Enjoy this unique opportunity to connect with others and gain valuable insights into mental health resources available in your area for all ages and stages of life, including:

- Inpatient Care
- Day Programs
- Urgent Care
- Outpatient Services
-Addiction Treatment options
-Specialized Programs, including for pregnancy & postpartum struggles, eating disorders and more.

You’ll also learn how to access these services and how to refer someone in need. Q&A session will follow.
