🎃👻 Halloween Golf Cart Parade & Movie Night 👻🎃
Thanks for your patience while we finalized the details — and a big thank you to John and Dock of the Bay for graciously hosting this year’s fun!
📅 Date: Saturday, October 25th (this date won the community poll with 54% of the vote!)
📍 Location: Dock of the Bay
🕔 Line Up: 5:00 PM
🍕 Pizza: Free for the kids at 5:00 PM
🛺 Parade Start: 6:00 PM (we’ll finish the island by about 6:30)
🎥 Outdoor Movie: 6:45 PM on the patio (bring camping chairs/blankets!)
Instead of the usual trunk-or-treat (there are plenty of those already!), carts are welcome to hand out candy during the parade, and then we’ll all settle in for a Halloween movie night on the patio under the stars. I’ll be bringing my giant inflatable screen to make it extra fun!
Right now the leading pick is K-Pop Demon Hunters (the kids love singing along), but I’m open to suggestions — drop your favorites in the comments!
💜 This year we’re asking for a $20 donation per cart to support our island neighbor Jeff Raut and his family as Jeff bravely battles brain cancer. This community is amazing at rallying together, and I know every little bit helps!
