Four parcels of land on Campo Rico, just north of Donovan Pit, are being requested for a Master Plan Amendment. This 40-acre project will change the zoning of this land to Industrial.
Project Description:
This site is located along Pyramid Highway narth of Donovan Pit haul road, with access proposed only to the Pyramid Highway on parcel numbers 534-600-03, 04, 05, and 06, a total of 40-acres in the project area. This is for a Master Plan change to Industrial (I) and rezoning to Specific Plan (SP) on the 40-acre site. The intent is to plan for development of the site with a logistics type of land use.
This is a meeting to discuss Campo Rico land "owners" request for a Master PIan Amendment (MPA) and Regulatory Zone Amendment (RZA), and a Development Code Amendment (DCA) proposed on four parcels in your area. This is your opportunity to review the proposed changes, ask questions and provide feedback prior to submittal of a formal development application.
