Fall Break Softball Camp

Fall camp with Lauren
Check in 7:45-8:00am

Daily Mental 15-30min 8-830
Warm up 830-900
Fielding 9-11
*Lunch 11-12
Hitting 12-230 (directional bunting, power hitting, slapping)
Cool down to include injury prevention stretches and Recruiting Talk 230-3
Parent pick up 3pm

Ages 10-14 OR intermediate experience
*Bring Luch, water bottle, athletic shoes, equipment, and a learning attitude!
