The Commonplace Society

The Commonplace Society is a creative journaling club for ages 13 and older. Together we’ll build a “book of everything”—a mix of writing, collage, quotes, lists, and more—while learning about the history of commonplacing (zibaldone) and the benefits of journaling, from reducing anxiety to preserving memories. We meet twice a month to practice techniques, keep up the journaling habit, and explore with plenty of creative supplies (stickers, washi tape, stamps, and more).
