This kickoff event is to get us pumped for a LIMITED TIME community offer for an affordable women’s strength training program starting at this gym on Tues Sept 9th. More about the program ⬇️

I am a certified weightlifting coach who is very passionate about teaching women of ALL ages how to weightlift. I have teamed up with a woman-owned crossfit gym who is just as passionate about this as I am to provide an affordable beginner weightlifting course. We’ve already got several women signed up who range from ages 18-65. Please sign up and join us for this 6 week course to teach you the basics of weightlifting with proper form to get you started on a lifetime of strength and fitness
