12:00 - 12:30pm Strength, Isolation, and Warm-up (30min) with Evelyn
12:45 - 2:15pm Choreo Vs Improv Workshop (90min)with Heather&Hope
2:30 - 4:00pm How to Live Drum (90min) with David and Evelyn
Build a Belt Station with Harbinger will be available from from 1:00 - 4:00pm (Cost per belt TBA)
After the workshops we will have a mini hafla to socialize and show off what you've learned (participation is encouraged but not required)
Costuming not needed! Dress comfortable!
Event ends at 5:00pm (ish) 😉
