Group Reiki with Sound Healing

Join us for a deeply restorative group session combining the gentle energy healing of Reiki with the soothing vibrations from a mix of bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum. In this class, participants will relax in a peaceful environment while receiving Reiki energy which promotes balance, stress relief, and emotional healing. Simultaneously, the various sound healing tools will help guide the body and mind into a meditative, calm state, enhancing the healing experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water if you choose. Eye mask if you choose!
