Come join us for the next LIFT community workout supporting Team Bergeron reach their fundraising goal of $1,000!

About: Mike Bergeron, a beloved Southington resident, father, friend, and 25-year employee of the 99 Restaurant, passed away in November 2023 after a courageous 17-month battle with stage 4 kidney cancer at just 47 years old. His passion for the Pan-Mass Challenge—fueled by losing his mother to colon cancer—led him to volunteer year after year, supporting riders dedicated to raising funds for cancer research and patient care. In his honor, the long-standing team was renamed Team Bergeron, and his family continues his legacy by riding and fundraising. This event is not only a tribute to Mike’s life but a call to action—because while genes may load the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger. Every dollar raised goes directly to an unrestricted fund at Dana-Farber, fueling life-saving research and hope for countless families.

Workout: 45 minutes - 1 hour of strength & conditioning style training.

Equipment: kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises.

**Optional ice bath at the end of the workout. Bring towel/change of clothes**
