🗓️ Date: Saturday, October 18th
🕰️ Timings: meet 9:30 am, run starts 9:45 am
📍 Meeting point: Southgate Car Park
🔁 Route: 10km route heading both east and west of Southgate. First heading towards Pwll Du before looping back and heading to Three Cliffs. Depending on tide times we’ll run around from Pobbles to Three Cliffs. If not it’s up the dune for a picturesque group photo 🫶🏼
⏱️ Approx time: 1:30-2hr (post-run coffee and cake as always)
🏃 Pace: sociable and chatty pace, with plenty of stops and walking whilst we climb the Cribarth.
👟 Kit list: Suitable running kit, waterproof layer if it’s raining, trail running shoes preferable, towel/change of clothes for post-run social.
