Mini Fall Retreat

Before the holiday hustle sweeps in, give yourself the gift of pause. Our 3-hour mini retreat is all about moving, laughing, and letting go. We’ll kick things off with a fun, energizing Yoga + Pilates Fusion class, then cozy up with tea and chat about ways to navigate the upcoming holidays with grace and ease (yes, it’s possible!). We’ll wrap it all up with a blissful Yin Yoga session that will leave you grounded, stretched, and deeply relaxed.
