Are you expecting a baby? Join our Prenatal Yoga classes in Southborough this August and September!

These classes are designed to help you feel good relaxed and more prepared for birth. No previous yoga experience needed!

✨ Each class is a blend of gentle movement breathing and deep relaxation - perfect for mums-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.
