B.BOSS: Level Up: Navigating Career Growth & Personal Branding

After a fantastic launch earlier this year, we’re back with the second event in our four-part series. Event one brought together a room full of ambitious early-career professionals who walked away with fresh insights, practical tips, and new connections. The energy was incredible, and we can’t wait to do it all again.

This session is all about taking ownership of your career and learning how to show up as your best professional self. Together with our guest speakers, we’ll cover:

• Building a career roadmap
• Finding and approaching mentors
• Creating a professional presence (online and offline)
• Goal setting and making the most of performance reviews
