What to Expect:
As the final full moon of the year rises, we gather in sacred space to honour the stillness, reflection, and renewal that the winter season brings. The Cold Moon invites us to slow down, soften our hearts, and find peace within.
We begin the evening with a deeply nourishing Sacred Cacao Ceremony guided by our special guest Kyra Collins, followed by Healing Fire and Drum, Guided Meditation, and Sound Healing with Karen Adele Bilski. Together, these sacred elements create a journey of grounding, heart awakening, and soulful connection.
🍫 Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Kyra Collins
Cacao, often called “the food of the gods,” is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that helps open the heart, enhance emotional clarity, and deepen spiritual connection. Under Kyra’s guidance, you will experience cacao in its ceremonial form as we set intentions, share in gratitude, and connect with the wisdom of this sacred medicine.

🔥 Healing Fire and Drum
After the cacao ceremony, we move into a grounding circle around the sacred fire. Through drumming, chanting, and intention, we release what no longer serves and invite warmth, renewal, and strength for the months ahead. The rhythm of the drums will carry your spirit into harmony with the earth, while the fire anchors your intentions for peace and resilience.
🌕 Guided Meditation and Sound Healing
We close with a soothing sound journey that restores balance to the body and mind. The healing tones will support deep integration, helping you move into a state of serenity and inner alignment as you prepare for a new cycle of light and growth.
